Dog Profile
Please complete the below questionnaire for your dogs stay. This will be kept on file for future boarding's, but if at any time you need to make changes you may submit another form. If you have multiple dogs, fill one out for each dog.
Once completed please also email a copy of your dogs vaccine records to auntiebecksboarding@gmail.com

Pick Up/Drop Off
Pick up and Drop off is by appointment ONLY.
Clients are expected to be on time. Please call or text if you need to make any changes to your appointment time, changes will be subject to availability. If you are more than 5mins late you may be charged a late fee.
Technology and the GPS system have made it easy to know how long our travel time is, please look at this and make sure to not arrive more than 5mins early.
When you arrive please stay in your car, until I come out to greet you. You can text me to let me know you are here.
Please do not honk or come knock on the door.
All dogs must be brought in on a leash for safety.

Packing for your stay
Food:
Please bring enough food for a couple extra days incase of an accident or travel delay.
Kibble should be packed in gallon sized zip lock bags, or a small container that can fit in a 14x14 cubby. If your dog(s) will be staying for a long time and need additional space, please inquire.
Raw or Special food should be packaged by individual meals so that it can be dumped into food bowl and served. Disposable bags preferred, we will not be washing containers.
Supplements and meds
Please provide written instructions for any supplements and meds. Pills should be precut if applicable and send measuring spoons if needed for supplements.
All other items are optional
Please only bring things necessary for your dogs stay and understand that I cannot guarantee they can be returned in the same condition.
You are welcome to send appropriate treats for your dog as well.
