Client Corner 

Please review ALL of the information below prior to your students first lesson. This information is provided to you in advance and is available for your future reference at any time. All parents, students, and their guests will be responsible for following the rules. Persons not following the rules will be asked to vacate the property which may result in a cancelled lesson without refund. "I didn't know" will not be accepted as an excuse, make sure you read the rules and share them with your student and guests. 

Student Dress Code

Jeans - ALL students are required to wear JEANS, any style: skinny jeans, boot cut, etc. but must be JEANS. 

Cowboy Boots - Lace up  or pull on. There is a difference between dress boots and boots intended for riding. Pony Pals may wear a hiking or work boot if they wish, but NO other boots approved.

Equestrian Certified Riding Helmet - Not required for Pony Pals (will be provided).  All other students required to provide their own helmet. Students may store their helmets at the barn if they wish to do so.
 

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Prepayment is required for all lessons, Pony Pal sessions, clinics, etc. Cancellation or reschedule must be done ONE WEEK in advance. Cancelations due to illness may be allowed 24hours in advance, and twice in a 6 month period. More than twice or less than 24 hours may result in a charge. 
Payments are accepted in Cash, Venmo, Zelle or Paypal. (listed in order of preference)

For reoccurring lessons/sessions payment is required at time of booking first apt and then due at each apt there after.

There will be no charge for lessons/sessions cancelled due to Weather or instructor/horse illness. 
 

Arrival and Parking 

I run a very tight schedule at times between the barn, dog boarding and just general mom duties. As a courtesy, please do not arrive sooner than FIVE minutes before your scheduled appointment. 
If someone different is bringing your student to their appointment please make sure you share ALL barn rules with them, and inform me as well so I know who to expect. 
Parking - Please park along the LEFT side of the driveway, in front of or beside the shed. Please pull in straight (facing West) or at angle (NW) so that other vehicles may park beside you without blocking you in. 

Please DO NOT drive or park in yard in front of the house. (Unless pulling a trailer and parking along side of the road).

Guests/Visitor Expectations

ALL GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR CLOSED TOE SHOES. No Sandals. If you have an injury that prevents this please let me know!

Children visiting the farm that are not taking part in equine activities must be closely supervised by parent or guardian.

 

Running, screaming, yelling and other rough play can be distracting to students and horses thus should be avoided. 

Children are welcome to play with outdoor toys or basketball hoop we just ask that parents remind them to not get to rowdy.  

-Must sign liability waiver before any equine activity. 

-Only the student is allowed in the arena or past the seating area. Unless otherwise stated at that lesson/session.  


- No dogs allowed on property, not with you or left in your vehicle. 

- Helmets required while mounted.
 

-Please clean up after yourself, guests and horse.
